- Pets are not accepted.
- The house is not wheelchair accessible.
- A security deposit is taken on arrival, by cheque, is not cashed, and is returned on departure. The amount is shown above.
- Proof of holiday liability insurance is required before the keys are handed over.
- Twelve guests maximum, children included.
