The spirit of the place
On a hillside, at the end of a hamlet in Haute-Corrèze, an old stone barn has been completely rebuilt. It kept its granite walls, its beams and its heft; it gained wide glazing, clear light and a thoroughly contemporary comfort.
In front of it, nothing. A meadow falling away, a line of forest, then the Sancy and Cantal mountains on the horizon. The heated pool sits there in the grass, facing the void. The covered terrace means you can eat outside whatever the weather — and in Corrèze, that is a luxury that counts.
The house sleeps twelve. It is made for families gathering, for groups of friends, for meals that run long.

We spent an excellent long weekend as a family. The house offers very fine amenities: spacious, clean, modern, quiet, very well equipped (billiard table, home cinema, swimming pool, games, etc.). There were twelve of us and we all appreciated the space and the comfort. The view is magnificent and a real change of scene. The outdoor areas are very pleasant and practical. Shops are only 15 minutes away by car. There are many walks and places to visit nearby. We warmly recommend this house.
